OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE A few additional details to ensure a smooth and wonderful stay: • RENTAL AGREEMENT: To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damages up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit. • UNIT LOCATION: The condo is located in Tower C, offering elevated views for a more peaceful and private stay. • PROVIDED SUPPLIES: We provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Linens and bath towels are included. • WHAT TO BRING: Pool and beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. • BEACH GEAR: Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the unit but can be rented seasonally from the lifeguards on the beach. • EXTENDED STAYS: This condo is perfect for both short getaways and longer vacations.
