INTERACTION WITH HOST Enjoy complete privacy and a seamless self-check-in experience. This is a privately owned condo, so you can bypass the front desk and head straight to your unit. While we respect your privacy, we are always available via phone or message if you need anything during your stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **Self Check-In**: Go straight to your condo upon arrival! Access is managed by a coded lock. You will receive your unique access code in a welcome email on the day of your arrival. **Supplies & Linens**: We provide a starter set of amenities, including linens, towels, washcloths, trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Daily maid service is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. **Laundry**: For your convenience, paid laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located within the building. **Beach Gear**: Please note that beach equipment such as umbrellas and chairs are not provided with the condo. They are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-site lifeguards. **Safety**: The condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit. **Rental Agreement**: The Rental Agreement must be signed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit.
