Linens and bath towels for use inside the condo are also included. **What to Bring** Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included but can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach. **Private Management** This condo is managed privately. To ensure the quickest response, please direct all questions to our team, not the resort's front desk. ** Rental Agreement ** The rental agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By signing, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation.
