Golf carts and bikes are popular and easy ways to explore the area, while Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick trips. The resort area is walkable, with nearby restaurants, bars, and beach access. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is about a 25-minute drive away. INTERACTION WITH HOST This is a private rental, and we, your hosts, are available to answer any questions you may have. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **Mandatory Rental Agreement** Upon booking, you must complete our rental agreement within one hour. This includes a non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages. Failure to complete the agreement may lead to cancellation. **Resort Amenity Restrictions** Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are for owner use only and are not accessible to our guests. **Beach Gear** Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the condo but are available for seasonal rental from the lifeguards on the beach. **Extended Stays** This condo is perfect for both short trips and longer vacations.
