No Smoking: This is a smoke-free condo. Please respect our no-smoking policy to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. There is a $200 cleaning fee assessed for smoked-in rooms. No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo or resort facilities. Housekeeping: The condo will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For extended stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Beach Umbrella and Chair Rentals: You can seasonally book Umbrella and Chairs through the lifeguards Resort Wristbands: You will be provided with resort wristbands upon check-in, which are required for access to the pools and other amenities. Please wear them at all times while on the property. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Parking Garage: Larger vehicles can park on the bottom level of the parking garage and oversized vehicles may find parking to the left of the resort entrance. Regular parking clearance 6 foot 6 inches and lower level garage parking 7 foot 6 inches. RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay. No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.
