Should you require parking for additional vehicles, nearby public parking is available for a fee, subject to availability. **Beach Gear** We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but they are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach. **Rental Agreement** To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within 1 hour of reserving the property. This agreement includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation. **Recreational Vehicles** Per Resort Policy, no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's are allowed on the resort premises.
