The private, southeast-facing balcony is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort pool below. While we will not be present on-site during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE **Rental Agreement:** To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and means no large security deposit is required. **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. **Beach Gear:** Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand. **Seasonal Availability:** Please note that access to some resort amenities, such as the lazy river, hot tubs, and pizzeria, is subject to seasonal operation by the resort. **Accessibility:** The condo is a single-level unit located on the 4th floor with convenient elevator access. However, it is not fully ADA-accessible. ** Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs ** - Per Resort Policy there are no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RVs allowed on the resort property
