Living & Dining: The living room features a beige/brown sofa that converts to a queen-sized sleeper and comfortable seating. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you settled in. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Housekeeping: Optional housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damages up to $1,000.
