We provide a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and kitchen basics; longer stays may require restocking. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. The south-facing balcony gets beautiful sun and shade throughout the day; ideal for relaxing with a view. RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay. No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.
